On Thursday, June 9, 2022, Speichim Processing acquired All’Chem, the Montluçon production site of the company Axyntis, which specializes in the contract manufacturing of active molecules for the pharmaceutical and animal health industries.
The All’Chem site complements the range of expertise offered by Speichim Processing, serving a wide range of European industrial customers, particularly in the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, petrochemical, and paint and ink sectors.
New circular economy loops
The multi-purpose production facility in Montluçon (reaction, distillation, physical treatments) will allow Speichim to offer an integrated range of solutions including synthesis and purification, and to develop new circular economy loops, thereby strengthening the site’s commitment to the ecological transition.
We are pleased to welcome the 70 employees of All’Chem, who will strengthen our expertise in the chemical industry. All of them have been integrated into Séché Environnement as part of this acquisition.
A specialist in distillation technologies, Speichim Processing currently has 170 employees spread over four industrial sites in France (Beaufort, Saint-Vulbas, Mourenx and Valls in Spain), and is a fully-owned subsidiary of Séché Environnement. Séché Environnement is a family-owned and independent industrial group, and a key player in the circular economy, waste management and environmental services. The group is active in 15 countries around the world and has nearly 5,000 employees.
